To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the current capacity of medium to long term residential care beds in County Donegal specifically designated for children and teenagers awaiting long term foster care or identified at being at risk or temporarily removed from the family home; the number of persons in County Donegal who have availed of this service in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012; the locations of the beds in the county; the number of social workers and other staff employed in residential care of children and teenagers identified as being at risk or awaiting foster care in County Donegal; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
