To ask the Minister for Health if he will provide an explanation as to the reason a person (details supplied) in Dublin 22 had their primary medical certificate withdrawn by the Health Service Executive despite their medical condition deteriorating and medical evidence to provide this deterioration being provided to the HSE [14921/13]
