ICT is provided on a shared services basis by the IT Unit in my Department to both the Department of Finance and the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform.

My Department has incurred no costs in relation to the provision of hardware or software in my home or the home of the Minister for Finance.

I am awaiting information from the Office of Public Works in relation to the provision of hardware and software to the home of Minister of State Hayes. I will forward this material to the Deputy as soon as it is available.

There are four credit card holders in the Office of Public Works and the total cost per card since 2011 is €230. It is the Departments policy to ensure that all credit card payments are cleared at the end of each month to avoid penalty interest payments.
