To ask the Minister for Health the outcome for 42 sub-arachnoid haemorrhage patients classified as poor grade and as a consequence denied emergency treatment in the neurosurgical centre, Beaumont Hospital, Dublin 9, between 1 October 2011 and 31 March 2012, as revealed in the neurosurgical department KPI reports for that period; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
