I propose to take Questions Nos. 426 and 427 together.

I refer to the replies to Quest ions Nos. 258 of 14 February 2013 and 514 of 19 Feb ruary 2013. Within the EU, compliance on an individual Member State basis is a matter for the Government of each Member State.
