To ask the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources if he will outline the effect on his Department's budget of the cutting of the EU's broadband budget for the period 2012-2014 by nearly €7 billion; if he believes that Ireland will reach its 2020 EU broadband targets; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
