To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Question No. 130 of 7 February 2012, the Garda districts that are still operating a system of forming an opinion at the scene of a RTC in view of the fact that in previous information supplied in that Parliamentary Question it was stated that in 2012 there was no testing in nine fatal collisions and 52 serious injury collisions; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
