To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if he will provide a breakdown on an annual basis, since the establishment of the use of the High Court's inherent jurisdiction to place children in special care with the decision of FN v The Minister for Education and Others in 1995, of the number of children who have been placed in the care of the State under a special care order with details of the various institutions both within and outside Ireland in which the children have been detained.
