To ask the Minister for Health if he or the Health Service Executive provide any grant assistance to persons with severe disabilities who require a mobility scooter in order to lead an independent life as much as possible; if he will provide the relevant details of any scheme which the aforementioned persons could avail of; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
