To ask the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government if he will advise on the matter concerning Dublin City Council and An Bord Pleanála refusing an alteration to the roof (details supplied) in Dublin 9 when many other houses in the same estate with similar renovation work were granted permission; the options available if there are discrepancy in planning approvals; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
