To ask the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht the number of leases with upward only rent clauses, that were in place by agencies under his Department at the start of 2011; and the number of such leases currently in operation. [6168/13]

I assume the Deputy is referring to leases where the bodies funded from my Department's Vote Group are tenants as opposed to landlords.
