To ask the Minister for Education and Skills the options available to local elected representatives, town, county, city and borough councillors to make representations to Student Universal Support Ireland on behalf of constituents; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5795/13]

In line with SUSI's Data Protection Procedures, Councillors as elected representatives can make representations to SUSI on behalf of students using the procedure that SUSI has in place for dealing with third party data requests.
