To ask the Minister for Finance the amount of his Department’s €5 million capital spending for 2013 that will go towards construction projects; the projects involved; the details of these projects; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5275/13]

The capital allocation for my Department for 2013 is €0.150m. None of this budget is allocated for construction projects. The remainder of the €5m that you refer to is allocated to the Office of the Revenue Commissioners.
