To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he will release any correspondence between the Marine Survey Office and a company (details supplied) in County Donegal, arising from the inspection of a boat that is owned by a company; if he will release any correspondence that may be relevant to the boat; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
