To ask the Minister for Health in the context of recent cutbacks announced in Budget 2013, if he will provide details of the impact of these in relation to all aspects of staffing and funding to St. Michael's House, Dublin, with particular reference to access to swimming pool facilities at weekends; if he will reverse this cut, in view of the immeasurable benefit that this service has provided to date [5923/13]
