Legislation is currently being prepared which will give effect to the recommendations in the Indecon report in regard to the structure of the Board of Horse Racing Ireland. I have announced my intention to appoint Mr Joe Keeling to succeed Mr Denis Brosnan as Chairman of Horse Racing Ireland in the near future.
