To ask the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht his plans to take into State ownership the Bank of Ireland building at College Green, Dublin, based on its historical significance; if the issue has been discussed with the owners; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4262/13]

I refer the Deputy to my previous replies on this matter. As outlined in those replies, I met the Chair and Chief Executive of Bank of Ireland and had a constructive engagement on the issues.
