To ask the Minister for Social Protection further to Parliamentary Question No. 371 of 22 January 2013, if she will re-examine the case of an alleged overpayment in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare who did not receive €67 per week as outlined but only €33 per week; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
