To ask the Minister for Health in view of commitments to re-open closed beds at the Community Hospital of the Assumption, Thurles, County Tipperary, if he will ensure that the re-opening of the beds will form part of the Health Service Executive West Service Plan 2013; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
