Following a critical review of the merger of the Valuation Office, Ordnance Survey Ireland and the Property Registration Authority undertaken in 2012 as part of the Public Service Reform Plan, the Government has decided to proceed with this merger. The Department of Justice which is leading on this particular merger project has set up a working group to progress this merger.
