To ask the Minister for Education and Skills if his attention has been drawn to the concerns of the Teachers' Union of Ireland arising from cutbacks affecting the educational sector in 2013 with particular reference to further education/post leaving certificate courses; if he has quantified the extent to which, as alleged, teaching courses are likely to be affected by way of curtailment and or consequent loss of teachers; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
