To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the number of foster parents who have been deemed unsuitable and therefore struck off in each of the past five years; if she will provide details of the procedures in place for recording and investigating complaints about foster parents and their subsequent striking off; the way such parents are notified of this; and the procedure for notifying and recording this information in other areas around the country by the Health Service Executive.
