The National Office for Clinical Audit (NOCA) was established by the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) under a service level agreement with the HSE. NOCA reports to the HSE's Quality and Patient Safety Directorate.
As this is a service matter, the question has been referred to the HSE for attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
