To ask the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government the number of regulatory impact assessments that have been carried out by his Department in the past twelve months and the list of regulatory impact assessments carried out within his Department in the past twelve months. My Department carried out Regulatory Impact Assessments (RIAs) during the past twelve months, relating to the following legislation/policy proposals:

1. Electoral (Amendment) (Dáil Constituencies) Bill 2012;

2. Waste Management (Household Food Waste Collection) Regulations 2011;

3. Household Waste Collection;

4. Industrial Emissions Directive (2010/75/EU);

5. Non Use of Motor Vehicles Bill 2013;

6. Proposed Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2012; and

7. Proposed Amendment to Part J (Heat Producing Appliances) of the Building Regulations.
