To ask the Minister for Education and Skills the position regarding a school building project (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; the timeframe involved should the school or his Department have to go to tender again; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [56982/12]

The Deputy will be aware that some essential works were recently carried out at the school to which he refers. The remaining works are due to be re-tendered by the school and their Design Team. It is anticipated that the tender process will commence in the coming weeks, a completion contractor appointed in early 2013 and the works completed before the start of the 2013/14 academic year
