To ask the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the fact that Tullamore General Hospital County Offaly has lost the medical records of a person (details supplied) for the period 1966 to 1980 and that the hospital is also unable to provide details of the patients prescriptions and referrals; the action he will take to ensure that the persons medical records are returned to them in full [56439/12]
