To ask the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources the steps he will take to permit a full and comprehensive environmental assessment be done for the Renewable Action Plan, which will allow for full public participation and which would examine all aspects of the said plan with a mechanism to facilitate appeal disputes to be heard by the courts; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The question raised by the Deputy is currently the subject matter of judicial review proceedings in the High Court. In light of this, I won’t be making further comment on the matter.
