To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the position regarding an application for registration as owners on site transferred subject of a Land Commission re-arrangement (details supplied). [55535/12]

The position is that this is a complex and technically challenging re-arrangement of land where there are title and mapping issues which have to be resolved. My Department is responsible for the vesting of 67 re-arranged plots in relation to 14 exchange agreements all of which are inter-dependent for registration purposes. No one individual can be vested in isolation. The case is being actively worked on and my officials are aware of the subsequent site transfer awaiting registration completion.
