To ask the Minister for Health if he will roll out the Ulysses Pain Management Programme across the country that began in Tallaght Hospital, Dublin, in 2002 and has helped dramatically improve the lives of persoons with this condition; if he will take into consideration the latest figures that claim that chronic pain costs the economy millions of euro every year in treatment costs and lost productivity; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
