To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality the number of outstanding bench warrants, committal warrants, penal warrants and estreatment warrants and detailing the number in each District Court area; if he will confirm whether or not the figures given by the Gardai under PULSE correlate with the Court Service records; and if he will make a statement on the matter. In the time available it has not been possible for the Garda authorities or the Courts Service to supply the information requested by the Deputy. I will contact the Deputy again when the information is to hand.
