To ask the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to the fact that proposals by the National Directorate and Fire Emergency Management Body if adopted would reduce manning levels for Dublin to below the agreed minimum; and if he will assure the public that those proposals will not be accepted and minimum levels will be maintained.
