To ask the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation the pensions payable to retired members of the Labour Court and to past Chairmen of the Labour Court; the years of service for which those pensions were paid; if any special additional pension payments were made for any member of the Labour Court since 1985; and if so, the details of these arrangements; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The pensions currently payable to retired members and Chairpersons of the Labour Court are listed in the table below, together with their years of service and grade at retirement. No special additional pension payments were made to any former member or Chairperson of the Labour Court since 1985.
