There are currently 12 State Bodies that fall under the aegis of my Department:

Aquaculture Licensing Appeals Board;

Bord Bia;

Bord na gCon;

Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM);

Coillte;

Horse Racing Ireland;

Irish National Stud;

Marine Institute;

National Milk Agency;

Sea Fisheries Protection Authority;

Teagasc;

Veterinary Council of Ireland.

Spending on communication, public relations, consultancy, advertising and human resources are operational matters for the agencies themselves.
