To ask the Minister for Health the reason the Health Service Executive remove children (details supplied) from their occupational and speech and language therapy lists when a child has been diagnosed by another service provider even in situations in which that provider does not provide such services; the safeguards that are in place to ensure children with occupational and speech and language needs are seen; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
