To ask the Minister for Health the number of persons issued with decisions by each primary, community continuing care since 1 September 2012 stating that home help cannot be provided; the number of persons in each PCCC area who are in receipt of reduced hours since 1 September 2012; the corresponding number of persons that received a home help allocation since 1 September 2012; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
