To ask the Minister for Health the numbers of persons who committed suicide in each of the past 10 years who were within the month prior to their death in psychiatric units or hospitals and were subsequently released or discharged; if he will also provide the methodology involved in collating these statistics; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
