No payment is due under the 2012 Disadvantaged Areas Scheme in this case, as the holding of the person named did not meet the minimum stocking density of 0.3 livestock units per forage hectare declared in 2011. While the person named was written to and advised of the right to apply for derogation from this requirement, no application was received.
