To ask the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government in view of the fact that under a directive from his Department that both the public and disabled toilets in Tramore, County Waterford have been closed for the foreseeable future, the reason this directive was enforced; if he will reconsider the indefinite closure of this vital public service; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
