An application was received by my Department to transfer 9.04 single payment entitlements by way of Inheritance from a deceased herd owner to the person named. The necessary testamentary documents were provided and the application was processed and approved. A letter has issued on 12th October 2012 from my Department to the person named confirming the approval of the application.
