The company in question was dissolved in 2010 and all property registered to it has consequently become vested in the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform under the State Property Act, 1954. Companies Office records indicate that the dissolved company owned properties in Passage West, County Cork.

There are a number of ongoing legal issues in relation to the dissolution of this company, which are being dealt with by the Chief State Solicitors Office.
