To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade if his attention has been drawn to the difficulties being experienced by the families of Cuban 5, Miami 5 in accessing visas to visit loved ones incarcerated in jail, that some of the families have never been able to have visit them; and his views on this matter. I am aware of the case to which the Deputy refers. As I have made clear in previous replies, this is a bilateral consular issue between the US and the Cuban authorities, and the Government has no standing in the matter.
