The Office of Public Works provides an agency service for my Department which includes leasing property from the private sector, if required. Information on protocols and procedures used by my Department's directly funded agencies is being sought and will be provided to the Deputy as soon as possible. The Health Service Executive has been requested to respond directly to you with regard to its protocols and procedures.
