An Order is being finalised within my Department to confirm the appointment of the Chairperson to the Professional Conduct Committee in line with Section 23 of the Building Control Act 2007. The nomination process in respect of the six non-architect members to the registration body is also nearing completion. I expect these matters to be finalised shortly.
