Payment in respect of the 2010 Single Farm Payment issued in two instalments to the person concerned, on 18 October 2010 and 1 December 2010. My Department is currently examining further documentation submitted by the person named in support of a Force Majeure application he has made regarding his Single Payment applications over a number of years. Once this process is complete, the person named will be contacted without delay.
