To ask the Minister for Health if a person (details supplied) in County Kerry is a resident of the Health Service Executive South Region; if they are entitled to attend respite care on a full time basis; if the HSE South Region refer a person to a different HSE region for respite care; if any reciprocal agreements are currently in place between HSE regions; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
