To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality if his attention has been drawn to the refusal of the Garda Commissioner to hand over files to the Attorney General in the Six Counties in relation to the reinvestigation by An Garda Síochána of the death of a person (details supplied) in County Donegal, to enable the authorities there to meet their responsibilities to examine the matter; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
