Departmental Staff Allowances

To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality if he will publish details of all allowances paid to staff in his Department; the business case made by his Department in respect of these allowances to the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform; the cost of each individual allowance; and if he will make a statement on the matter. A copy of the business cases submitted by all Departments and Offices in the context of the review of public sector allowances by the Department of Public Expenditure & Reform has been published by that Department on their website www.per.gov.ie. Pages 4 -17 of the published Justice Sector document refer to the allowances details sought by the Deputy.
Details of the rates and cost of these allowances are set out below.
