To ask the Minister for Health the number and location of all of primary care centres opened since 2001; if he will provide a breakdown of same based on tenancy type and cost to the State of accommodation [41203/12]

The information sought by the Deputy on the number of PCCs and their locations is collated by the HSE on an Integrated Service Area (ISA) basis and is set out in the following table.
The other information requested has been sought from the HSE and will be forwarded to the Deputy as soon as it is available.
