The person concerned is currently in receipt of rent supplement. The Department has requested that the person concerned reduce her rent in accordance with the new limits introduced by the Government from the 1st January 2012. The client must reduce her rent from the 1st October 2012 as her lease expired on the 10th September 2012. The person concerned had been notified in April of this year that her rent must be reduced upon the expiration of her lease.
