To ask the Minister for Health if he will instruct the Health Service Executive to reverse the decision to cease emergency and cardiology services at Nenagh Hospital, County Tipperary; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [39658/12]

To ask the Minister for Health if he has ascertained from the Health Service Executive the reason it was decided to cease emergency and cardiology services at Nenagh Hospital, County Tipperary even though the critical care unit in the Limerick Regional Hospital is not yet fully opened or fully operational; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
